PARKER, M.A.Sharon Parker is a Senior Survey Consultant with Foresight Survey Support International, Inc. She has worked as a practitioner, instructor and consultant in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development for more than twenty years. She currently leads the development and implementation of survey programs and 360 assessments, which focus on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, leadership development, cultural change and workplace improvement for international clients. Sharon has co-authored three books on employee survey development and action planning and is a frequent speaker and instructor. Marie D. Francosky, Ph.D, is a senior survey consultant with Foresight International. Her survey consulting experience includes work with service and manufacturing organizations in both domestic and international venues. She has designed and directed all aspects of the employee engagement survey process, including the integration of business initiatives, interpretation of results, presentations to senior executives, feedback training, together with action planning and follow through activities. She received her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. JULIE RODDA, M.A. Julie is a Project Manager/Consultant with Foresight International, Inc., helping mid to large size clients design and implement employee surveys and action planning. She has experience conducting communication, training and employee survey projects for several leading organizations in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Julie received her B.A. in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She is presently an ABD-level doctoral candidate in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at DePaul University in Chicago, IL., and received her M.A. in I/O Psychology from the same university.
