Cross Tab Reports
This feature provides the survey user the added functionality to view results in a cross tab format. Now you can easily compare results across any survey question or demographic. You can quickly compare respondent groups such as Male vs. Female, Customer vs. Prospect, Boss vs. Peer and Year 2000 vs. Year 2003. This cross tab feature helps you identify trends more readily, improves your overall analysis capabilities and provides the supporting details from which to draw conclusions and opportunities for improvement.
You can also use the cross tabs feature to create 3600 feedback reports, which analyze the results of each survey question by different raters. The multi-rater concept used at IBM in the late 1970's gained popularity in the early 1990's as a method to provide anonymous feedback to leaders from their boss, peers and direct reports. You can use the PULSE survey software with the cross tab feature to design your own 360 instrument,

Data Export Capabilities
The data export feature allows you to create an export data file in an Excel format to quickly load into other software programs such as Excel and SPSS for additional analysis.
Item/Question Branching
The item/question branching feature allows you to create a subset of questions to be answered or skipped under a conditional response set. For example, if a participant's response to a Yes or No question is "No," they can skip additional questions that may not apply. Branching allows you to redirect participants to an additional or alternative set of questions based on their response to a previous question.
