Basic
Foresight's Basic Sarbanes service is a web-based tool that allows you to attain employee feedback in a confidential manner. Foresight has created a template for your company's use. The template contains 6-targeted questions used to attain valuable information regarding the questionable activity that is being reported. Also, your company can add additional options of Phone, Mail, and/or Fax to gather employee feedback. If desired, the template can also be customized. The data collected, using all reporting mechanisms, will be included in the web-based tool for reporting convenience.
For report accessibility an administrator will be provided logins to gain report access. Reports can be viewed with each employee's feedback existing as one record or sorted by question. The sorting capability helps the administrator identify trends and gain a quick understanding of issues that might be occurring within your organization.
Additional Phone option
As an addition to the basic system, companies can opt to add international toll free phone numbers. This allows Non-US employees the option of providing feedback via Internet or phone.
Advanced
The advanced system, an extension of the basic system, can be used as an auditing and communication tool. This system allows an administrator to act on the reports that he or she is reading and be held accountable for employee feedback that is reported. If an administrator feels that an issue reported warrants action, he or she can use this information to create an action plan. This action-planning tool allows one to create, communicate, administer, monitor, and track action plans. Multiple users can be added to the tool to create a team of individuals that will be responsible for enforcing the action plans.
