Position Responsibilities:

Foresight is looking for a dedicated, conscientious individual to fill the role of Survey Project Manager. Survey Project Managers are responsible for a variety of survey projects and clients including small to mid-size organizations, Fortune 100 corporations and not-for-profit associations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing all details of survey administration such as survey layout and design, online survey setup, survey proofing, PIN generation, survey distribution and data entry setup.
• Creating the client’s database for survey collection and processing.
• Running statistical analyses using proprietary software.
• Producing results in online and paper formats.
• Facilitating day-to-day client and consultant interactions via telephone and email.
• Improving processes to increase efficiencies and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Excellent writing/proofing skills
• Superior organizational, communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of statistics

Education: B.A /B.S. in Psychology. M.A/M.S. or PH.D. in Industrial/Organizational

Psychology or related field is preferred.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
